“Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2022” er en international konference med fokus på bæredygtighed og grøn omstilling i mode- og tekstilindustrien. Konferencen løber over to dage og blev første gang afholdt i 2009 i forbindelse med klimakonferencen COP15.
Kronprinsessen af Danmark er protektor for Global Fashion Summit og Global Fashion Agenda.

Following the last two tumultuous years, characterized by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all undergone a period of significant adjustment and adaption. The pandemic hit the industry unprecedentedly, demanding real-time actions and long-term thinking.“

Kronprinsessen af Danmark deltog den 7. juni 2022 i “Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2022”, som er et førende internationalt topmøde med fokus på bæredygtighed i mode- og tekstilindustrien. Topmødet fandt sted i Operaen i København, og ved ankomst blev Kronprinsessen modtaget af CEO i Global Fashion Agenda Federica Marchionni.

Kronprinsessen af Danmark holdt topmødets åbningstale i sin egenskab af protektor for Global Fashion Summit og Global Fashion Agenda. Hendes Kongelige Højhed deltog første gang i Global Fashion Summit i 2009, og siden da er den grønne omstilling i modebranchen kommet øverst på topmødets dagsorden.
